Red Balloon can hold a benefit event at your school with family portraits.

When was the last time you had a family portrait done?

We handle everything from the promotion materials to setting the appointments. We need one person to act as the liason between your school and Red Balloon.

We can give you an email template with all the details to send out to your families. Don't have emails? We can provide a PDF for website that the parents can download. An appointment link on your site will allow the families to schedule their appointment at time that works for them.

How does it work?

When a family would like to purchase a certificate, they go online, pick their date and time and pay for their certificate.

The appointment scheduler will send them a confirmation by email. It will also send out a reminder email and/or text message to remind the families of their appointment time and location

How much does it cost and what does the school receive?

The certificate sells for $20 or $25, with the school receiving 50%. The parents receive an 8x10 print or $25 towards an order. Any additional sales that the families purchase, the school receives 20% of those sales.

How many families need to participate?

A minimum of 20 families are needed to participate.

Indoors or Outdoors?

Your choice, at larger schools we can offer both. Indoors are usually done in the MPR or cafeteria. Outdoors can be done at a nearby park or possibly at the school. Generally large grassy areas with a lot of shade trees work best.
